Having grownup in an Italian household, where food was the center of all our family gatherings, it became a source of over indulgence. I was on a path of destruction for many years. It's funny how God woke me up. I fell and fractured my lower back having to be in a back brace for 4 months. During that rehab process I lost 55 pounds with Natalie's guidance and patience. She taught me, through her own actions, how important a heathy diet and exercise program was for me. Her passion for health challenged me to become healthier.
