Loose weight, gain strength and improve flexibility with pilates.
Joseph Pilates, the founder of the excursive, originally developed the method for rehabilitation purposes. Most of his clients were injured dancers who needed help getting back on stage. However, many continued the practice well after their rehabilitation, due to its benefits. Today, Pilates is commonly practiced and recognized for it’s strengthening qualities. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain and other chronic ailments.

I have been going to Natalie for over 10 years. I started going to see her for pain in my lower back and I almost immediately found relief through acupuncture. I added Pilates to build my core strength and I love the tailored approach that Natalie takes to each of her clients. While my original needs have changed with time I’ve continued to see Palm Wellness for Fertility and general well-being. I absolutely love the care the team provides - they go well above and beyond to provide holistic care for each of its clients. It is easy to tell that Natalie cares about the whole you, not just the you that shows up in the studio. The personalized touch is unmatched and I am so grateful for this wonderful center in Tampa for holistic needs.

I have been coming to Natalie for 3 years for acupuncture and Pilates. She has created a personal Pilates routine for me, which increased my strength and flexibility. She has also drastically increased my overall health through acupuncture.
